LRC's answer to the dismal factory brake on the Ruger American 450 Bushmaster. The 450BM XL is built to replace the factory brake while still using the factory jam nut. Easy install and your on your way to actually enjoying shooting this neat little rifle. Built with LRC's Shield port leading the way, this brake also features 6 threaded ports to allow the shooter to stabilize the recoil. we ran some simple tests to get a handle on how much this brake reduces recoil vs no brake and the factory brake. The simple results were 50% reduction vs no brake and 35% reduction vs the factory brake.
